This morning Eric and I decided to go jog around the block but as I got ready my knee cap dislocated and I was in SO MUCH PAIN. This is not the first time, it used to happen all the time when I was younger it just hasn’t in a while. I could not stop yelling and crying at Eric but I couldn’t stop laughing at the same time. IT WAS A WHIRL OF PAIN THAT IT CONFUSED MY EMOTIONS. Eventually I sucked it up and popped it back in. Point of the story the world just wont let me be good at working out .
